I want to renew my account, but in my location, where i am now, there is no international credit card support. So I need to know if BH offers any other way to pay the bill? I am in a hurry, gotta renew soon

Please tell me in detail if there is any other way.

Bluehost does accept PayPal payments to paypal@bluehost.com. When paying by PayPal, be sure to include a domain name, your contact information, and a valid and verified email address.
