¿Why my web has been suspended?

hi. I want to ask for a question. We have a webpage in our server installed and now the acount is suspended, can any admin explain what is the reason for that?

And i contact the staff and he say me that is for using torrent files in my web, but i can dlete them if the web is disabled.

Please admin of BH activate my web or i can't do anything...cause i send some tickets but he didn't answer
