Thread: What does this mean?

    Default What does this mean?

I just looked at my "service status." Everything is green except:
    Disk /dev/sdc1 (/home)
which is blinking yellow at 81%. What does that mean?

    Thanks,
    Caat

That is reporting that the disk on your server is 81% full. "/dev/sdc1" is the mounted drive that contains all the files and folders of the users on your server.

I assume Bluehost will also receive this warning and will add storage to the server as required, best to check with Bluehost in any case to find out what will happen.

this will not affect your website this moment.
The 81% is the usage indicator.

Don't worry about it. Bluehost has the ability to move sites and storage around dynamically and they're always monitoring the usage. Once it gets up into the 90's bluehost will move things around or add more storage.
