I know people have asked this before, and I've read several previous threads, but none seemed to answer my questions.

I'm looking to create a small mailing list to a predefined set of emails, sent by any pre-approved address, through another email account.

Basically, I want any@email.com + anotheremail@anysite.com to be able to send an email to email@mysite.com, and have it go to all the emails I put in.

Is there a script that can do this? I looked at mailman, but it was really confusing, and didn't seem to do what I wanted. I'd be open to it, if there is a way to get it to do this.
