    Default setting up website

I am a novice and need help. Searched the forum and the help section, but can's seem to find out how to set up my website.

I have 3 domains under Blue host. They reside in separate folders under Public_html. I used NetFusion to "write" my website. I uploaded the files to Blue Host to one of those three directories.
When I went to publish my website they are asking for the server, directory, my user name and password. I searched the forum and the help sections, but I can't find out what the server name is, what the complete directory would be, and is my user name the name & password I log into Blue Host with?
    Thanks

    1. Server name is your domainname.com
    2. Username and password are the same you use to login to cPanel.
    3. Directory Path /public_html/[addon-domain]

I am sending a picture of my directory and the information requested by Netfusion. I am sure my password is correct. Settings not working.

Your BH username is usually the first eight characters of the domain name you've registered with them. In your case, I'm guessing it's capedolp.

Tried Capedolph as my user ID.
I still can't connect. I am trying to set up the Team Rainmakers site. Does that change the directory path any?

That's 9 characters. Your username is 8 characters.

    Default does case matter

Does it make a difference if it is upper or lower case?

Yes, case does matter. I believe that it should all be in lower case.

Can't make out the details on the screenshot you posted, but...

Step one, find out for sure what your username is at BH. It should be capedolp (lowercase), but only the welcome email from BH can tell you for sure. If you're still not sure, call them.

Next, the servername should be capedolphinsboatclub.com (if that is, in fact, your domain name).

The directory should be /public_html/TeamRainmakers. Capitalization matters. For example, /Public_html/TeamRainmakers won't work. Neither will /public_html/Teamrainmakers.
