Thread: PHP stopped working

    Default PHP stopped working

    Hi, All!

I have not been my CPanel for a few weeks, and now I just noticed my site is not working? I feel it has something to do with the new cpanel. The same code works on another server with no problems.

Does any know what has changed or what I should change.

    Example:
    Works Fine
    http://www.keycodesxpress.com/arcade...kup/index.html

    Not Working
    http://www.gasolinepricelookup.com/

Identical code on both. I sent off an email to Support but, was hoping I could get a quick answer here.

    Thanks,
    Joe

Hi, thanks for looking. But, it is not working, type in a zip code and it doesn't work the way it should.

We really can't help you. We haven't seen your code or don't know what's going on with the server. Have you tried using live chat?

Hi, the code isn't the problem. It had been working fine at bluehost, it does work fine on another server. Something changed here at bluehost.

I did put in a support ticket yesterday, still have not gotten a reply.

Is it normal to take this long?

    Thanks,
    Joe

Tickets are the longest because they are pretty backup and then people put in another ticket asking why their previous one hasn't been answered yet, so they get even more behind. Use live chat, located on the main page of www.bluehost.com

    Hi, areidmtm!

Thanks for your time and effort. It is easier and alot quicker for me to just move them over to one of my accounts at lunarpages.

I don't like it very much when I can't get an acknowledgement from support, my time is limited and important to me.

    Thanks,
    Joe

That's fine and your prerogative. But have you even tried live chat yet?

Also, this is a user to user forum, just in case you're looking for someone at bluehost to see this, they won't

No, I have never tried the live chat. I have always used the support system tickets at other hosts whenever there was a problem. That usually works fine and quickly.

The main thing to me is my sites are back up and working now

I appreciate your efforts to help me with this.

    Thanks,
    Joe
