BH updated to the newest version of cPanel, the old layout is gone. Most people like the update.

Well, I thought I liked it, but now I can't seem to edit my files.

I'm trying to install a MOD for my phpbb forum. (I've done this before and marveled at how easy it was for me, a non-programmer.)

The instructions tell me to open and edit the file "includes/usercp_register.php".

The search feature in the new cPanel finds that file and says to double-click on it to open it.

But the file doesn't open... and I've tried many times without success.

I tried a different idea; I decided to use "Easymod", which is supposed to "automatically" do the mod editing of phpbb files.

(I downloaded it from the MOD area of phpbb Community and copied it to my computer's "Desktop")

I tried to upload it to my home directory, but it won't upload.

It seems like I can wander around and look at directories on my website on BlueHost, but can't actually do any work.

Is it possilbe that I now need a higher administration level before I can actually make changes?
